Audio Script for 8.21.26
I have been moved to say a prayer of intercession for someone who has been weighing heavily on my mind for the last few days. I dedicate these special prayers to them. They are found at the video and podcast links below. Because of the lack of clarity and various ambiguities involved in guarded online communication due to privacy and control issues, I have to rely heavily on promptings of the Holy Spirit and my intuition. I am an old-schooler who feels more comfortable and clearer when I can hear the person's voice I am communicating with on the other end of the call or see their face on the screen when talking with them.
I usually seal my prayers with Amen but my recording of the video below was cut short and deleted out by an anonymous pause when I mentioned a certain artist's name.
Also, the reliability of the information I receive about a person's health, death or physical condition is often questionable because it may be transmitted via ambiguous channels and often peculiar vernacular that is not easily understood and can not be accurately de-coded. I have also discovered that my emails may also be intercepted. Unfortunately, there are certain levels of gamesmanship involved which should not be tolerated in matters involving requests for prayer. But rivalry is real even if I feel it is in bad taste and simply uncalled for in matters of faith and spiritual guidance. But that is what makes a chaplaincy training and ministry program so crucial. It is not a hustle for notoriety or fortune. It's about saving and caring for people who may be experiencing real difficulties and challenges in their everyday lives.
Despspite the foregoing obstacles, just know, that I am praying for you if you have in fact made or attempted to make your request for prayer in the spirit of Christian love, care and concern.

They also create deep video fakes and circulate other untruths about artists health, life and condition that totally disrespect them as artists and me as a black female clergyperson and business owner. Their actions have proven racism, sexism and online cruelty still exist.
